ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• ICU unit spans 2 pods across floors 1 and 2, with a total of 28 beds
• Pod A consists of 12 beds and Pod B consists of 16 beds
• Typical patient ratio is 1:2, with potential for 1:1 or 1:3 depending on acuity
• Work with equipment including Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Arctic Sun, and Sub Zero
• EMR system: Meditech experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• NIH certification required
• TNCC preferred
• Perform and support procedures including neuro surgical, trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, ETOH/drug withdrawal, and care for all vented patients
• Must demonstrate flexibility, willingness to collaborate with the team, and a positive, patient-centered approach
