Telemetry RN Job in Seneca, SC

Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Med/Surg Telemetry unit in Seneca, SC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, with a weekly pay of $1,981.

Schedule & Expectations

• 3x12 day shift schedule
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend, subject to change based on unit need
• Floating to other units required based on census needs; staff will only float to units they are qualified for
• Patient ratio of 5:1

Required Experience & Credentials

• At least 2 years of experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
• Current SC RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and EKG exam certification
• Ability to pass EKG exam and complete required cores due to floating possibilities

Clinical Skills Required

You will manage a patient population of adults with orthopedic, general, and urology surgery diagnoses. Required clinical skills include accessing and managing ports, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, chest tube management, colostomy and ileostomy care, continuous bladder irrigation, feeding tube care, heparin and insulin administration, isolation precautions and PPE, nasal cannula and oxygen administration, oral suctioning, PCA management, peripheral line and PICC line care, starting and maintaining IVs, wound care and wound vac management, and tracheostomy care.
