Job Details:

• Day shift position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with 6 to 10 patients per day
• Scope of role includes swing bed and minimal outpatient services
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required
• Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment plans
• Facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients to maximize functional status
• Participate in discharge planning and performance improvement initiatives
• 1+ years of experience required
• National or Oklahoma state license required
• Geriatric or swing bed experience preferred
• EMR system: Cerner
• 48 guaranteed hours cannot be accommodated
