ED RN Job in Lafayette, IN

Franciscan Health Lafayette is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department. You will work mid-shift hours from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM on a 3x12 schedule, providing direct patient care across medical, trauma, injured, and mental health populations of all ages.

Position Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend shift required
• No call requirements
• No float requirements
• Standard patient ratio of 1:4 (higher ratios for low acuity patients)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency nursing care using the Epic EMR system
• Operate Level I fluid warmer equipment
• Work collaboratively within the ED team
• Care for patients across the lifespan with varying acuity levels

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 3 years of emergency nursing experience
• Active ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Trauma care experience preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

Compensation & Duration:

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 10, 2026. You will earn $2,256 per week.
