Emergency Department RN Job in Baltimore, MD

LBH - Sinai Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 98-day travel assignment beginning November 23, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, days
• Weekly pay: $2,364
• Every other weekend required (approximately 6 weekend shifts over the contract)
• No on-call duties
• Up to 2 pre-approved time-off requests permitted
• Typical patient ratio 1:4, may increase to 1:4–5 based on acuity and staffing
• May float to 3 West to support ED overflow within scope of practice

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience
• Minimum 1 year Level II trauma experience (hard requirement)
• Combined adult and pediatric ED experience required; adult-only experience will not be accepted
• Experience caring for all age groups
• Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Blood product administration, phlebotomy, and IV management
• IV vasopressor and CVA experience
• BiPAP/CPAP and ventilated patient care
• ABG interpretation

Preferred Experience

• Level I trauma experience
• Triage experience
• Previous charge nurse experience

Required Certifications & Credentials

• Maryland RN license required at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Prophecy Relias Advanced EKG assessment required
• Annual stroke education (4-hour annual stroke CEUs; 8-hour annual trauma CEUs)
