Position Details

• Preferred schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
• Schedule flexibility available for the right candidate
• Duration: 89 weeks
• Start date: September 21, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,960

Your Role

You will implement professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person, with a focus on healing and wellness. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments in accordance with RN scope of practice
• Consider patient culture, age, and developmental level when designing care actions and interventions
• Identify patient risk factors, presenting complaints, and develop prioritized problem lists
• Coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care activities including nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments
• Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities with timely execution of discharge orders
• Provide patient and family-centered education addressing identified educational needs
• Recognize, respond to, and communicate changes in patient condition appropriately
• Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee team members in patient care activities
• Monitor accuracy and completeness of delegated patient care
• Participate actively in unit-based quality improvement activities and core measures, including patient satisfaction, patient falls, pressure ulcers, and CAUTIs
• Apply evidence-based practice, current research, and clinical decision-making incorporating all four phases of the nursing process
