CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Actual shift start time may vary +/- 2 hours depending on department needs with one week advance notice of any changes
• No on-call requirement
• Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
• Local candidates within 100 miles of facility are not accepted
• Siemens experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Perform preparation and/or administration of contrast media
• Apply radiation safety protocols
• Perform a wide range of CT imaging including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal, and trauma studies
• Perform advanced imaging techniques including 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and brain perfusion studies
• Work with patient age groups spanning neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• May be required to float to a nearby sister facility approximately half a mile from primary location
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT)
• Virginia state license required; active state license in hand accepted while permanent Virginia license is processing
