Med Surg RN Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a 110-day travel assignment at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. You will work a 3x12 night shift schedule on a high-acuity surgical trauma floor, earning $1,855 weekly.

Role Overview

You will care for surgical patients with complex trauma presentations, including gunshot wounds, quadriplegics, and paraplegics. Your patient ratio will be 5:1. You are expected to work assigned shifts with no block schedule flexibility, and no request time off is permitted during your contract.

Unit Support and Resources

• Nursing support technicians available on unit
• Phlebotomists available on unit
• Unit secretary present during night shifts
• Structured nurse handoff process with ED and admitting unit staff

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• EPIC electronic health record system experience required

Assignment Details

Start date: September 21, 2026. This is a 110-day contract. You will be fully integrated into the surgical trauma team at an academic medical center with established support systems and clear clinical protocols.
