Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Facilitate care along a continuum through effective resource coordination to help patients achieve optimal health
• Coordinate access to care and ensure appropriate utilization of resources balanced with patient needs
• Manage medical necessity processes to ensure accurate and timely payment for services
• Negotiate with payers on a case-by-case basis as required
• Perform utilization review functions in addition to case management responsibilities
