Case Management RN Job in Los Angeles, CA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in Case Management at California Hospital Medical Center, an acute care setting in Los Angeles. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 5x8 day shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 2 weekends per month required
• Weekly pay: $3,330

Role Responsibilities

You will provide care coordination and case management services in an acute care environment. Your work will involve patient assessment, care planning, and coordination of services using the Cerner charting system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license
• BLS Certification
• LA City Fire & Safety certification
• Prior experience with CA Dignity/Common Spirit systems (required)
• Solid experience in Care Coordination

Assignment Details

The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment period, or up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks. This assignment is 91 days in duration.
