PCU RN Job in Asheville, NC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a backfill opportunity with one open position available.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Shift: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Location: Asheville, NC

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $2,080

As an RN in the PCU, you will provide direct patient care to individuals who require intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. PCU patients typically need more observation than those on a general medical-surgical floor but do not require the intensive monitoring of an ICU setting. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
