Telemetry RN Job in Springfield, MO

You'll work as an RN on a 32-bed Telemetry unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield, providing direct patient care on the night shift. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12 night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 guaranteed weekly hours
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No on-call requirements
• Float on a rotational basis
• Night shift orients on day shift; you must be available the entire orientation week

Patient Care

• Patient ratios: 1:6–1:7 on nights (ratios not guaranteed)
• Unit serves medical, medical telemetry, and respiratory patients
• Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using the nursing process
• Coordinate care activities with ancillary departments
• Work with telemetry monitors, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps
• EMR system: EPIC

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current RN license; eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri
• 1 year of inpatient telemetry experience required
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• BLS certification from AHA only
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Black scrubs only

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,249
