Opportunity:

RN - Acute Med Surg Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Holidays as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:5, possibly 1:6 for both days and nights
• Telemetry monitored on a different unit
• Floating required to all acute care and cardio units to take care of medical patients, or EC for acute care patient holds
• Nurse aides available with CNAs at a ratio of 1:8, generally 1:10, and may serve as sitters
• Scrub color required: Caribbean Blue
• EMR system: Meditech (experience preferred but not required)
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS (both must be AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required with 1 travel assignment
• Must reside within a strict 75-mile radius from hospital as verified by driver's license address
• BSN not required
