PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week
• For 8-hour shifts: Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• For 10-hour shifts: Two days 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM and two days 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• No on-call required
• No floating within or to sister facilities required
• 14 evaluations blocked per week per therapist schedule; remaining slots are treatments
• Chart review time scheduled twice daily for 30 minutes on 8-hour days; three times daily for 30 minutes on 10-hour days
• See patients one-on-one with 60-minute appointments scheduled for evaluations
• Most treatment sessions are 30 minutes; some are 45 or 60 minutes depending on circumstances
• Daily patient load includes approximately 3 evaluations per day
• Productivity standard of 65% required
• Patient population is approximately 70% orthopedic and 30% neurological
• Treat patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work alongside PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs in a multidisciplinary environment
• Perform a wide range of skills including orthopedic and neurological procedures, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and patient/family education
• Business casual dress code required
• Epic EMR experience required; Epic training provided during orientation
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Missouri license or compact license required; pending state license accepted
