Physical Therapist Job in Oregon, MO

Tide Health Group – Oregon Care Center is hiring a Physical Therapist for a long-term care setting in Oregon, MO. This is a part-time, temporary position running 91 days, starting July 27, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, days only
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,721

Role Responsibilities

You will screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs. You'll develop individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and service providers
• Communicate with supervisors and health team members on patient progress and treatment plans
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements
• Document treatment minutes and maintain patient records in the electronic system
• Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation meetings
• Attend facility and company required trainings and in-services
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students

Requirements

• Missouri state PT license required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• New graduates accepted with Level II clinical experience
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
• Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics standards
