Physical Therapist Job in Rolla, MO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term care position in Rolla, MO. This is a 91-day assignment starting December 28, 2026, working 5x8 hour day shifts at Vertical Health Services - Aurora Health and Rehabilitation.

About the Role

You will evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Your focus will be helping patients regain mobility and independence through targeted therapy interventions, including assistance with daily tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs. You will lead and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and facility policies and procedures.

Schedule & Environment

• 5x8 hour day shifts
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• Long-term care setting

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Missouri physical therapy license
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines
• Valid driver's license
• Meet educational requirements for licensure

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,534.40 for this 91-day assignment.
