Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Creve Coeur, MO

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic setting at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital in Creve Coeur, Missouri. This is a full-time travel position lasting 91 days, starting February 22, 2027.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM clinic hours
• Individual clinician schedule to be discussed with you
• No weekend shifts
• No on-call requirements
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Clinical Responsibilities

• Daily patient load of 8 visits per day
• Productivity standard of 75% required
• Treat patients across age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Common diagnoses: low back pain, cervical pain, post-operative shoulder surgeries, total knee arthroplasty, general orthopedics, and balance/falls

Required Skills and Equipment

• Orthopedic assessment and extremity mobilization
• Spinal mobilization techniques
• Therapeutic modalities: e-stim, ultrasound, iontophoresis, and phonophoresis
• Home exercise program development and patient education
• Experience with Biodex isokinetic system
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Missouri physical therapy license (may submit application without license in hand)
• BLS certification required
• First-time travelers accepted
