Job Details:

• 2 openings available for mid-June or early July start dates
• Will consider 2 PTs, 2 PTAs, or PT/PTA pair
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Caseload consists mostly of inpatient and outpatient services
• May include home health and pediatric patients if therapist has experience in those areas
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Missouri or a Compact State
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• Must complete skills checklist within one year of submission
• Physical therapy competency exam required with 80% minimum passing score
• Joint Commission modules I, II, III required with HIPAA training
• Annual requirements include drug screening, physical examination, and competency testing
