Physical Therapist Job in Fairfax, MO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for Community Hospital Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri. This is a 89-day travel assignment starting June 22, 2026, offering you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a community hospital setting.

Position Overview

You will work a 5x8 day shift schedule, treating a mixed caseload of inpatient and outpatient patients. Depending on your background and experience, you may also work with home health and pediatric populations. New graduates are welcome to apply, and the facility is open to considering two Physical Therapists, two Physical Therapist Assistants, or a PT/PTA pair.

Compensation & Schedule

• Weekly pay: $2,664

Licensure & Certification Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri or a Compact State
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Physical therapy competency exam required (80% minimum passing score)
• Skills checklist completion within one year of submission
• Joint Commission modules I, II, III with HIPAA training
• Annual drug screening, physical examination, and competency testing
