CT Technologist Job in York, PA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment at Central - UPMC Memorial in York, PA. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently perform computed tomography procedures utilizing established scan protocols
• Perform CT, CT Angiography, and IR procedures
• Administer contrast media (PO, rectal, and IV) per physician orders and assess patients for potential risk factors
• Demonstrate proper venipuncture technique and proper use of power injector according to set protocols
• Utilize complex imaging equipment for acquisition, analysis, reconstruction, and documentation of image data
• Review patient history, assess physician orders, and document findings in electronic record
• Ensure all exams are properly coded, tracked, networked for archiving and interpretation, and charges are entered

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Current ARRT(CT) or NMTCB(CT) certification
• BLS certification required
• PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73 certifications required
• Strong CTA skills and EPIC experience preferred
