PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work in multiple settings including Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), Acute Rehab, and Outpatient services
• Patient ratios: IRF 1:4, Acute 1:12, Outpatient 1:10
• Perform evaluations and follow-up treatments including vestibular and lymphedema treatments
• Work with rehab equipment and use multiple documentation systems (IRF and Acute use Meditech, Outpatient uses NetHealth ReDoc)
• BLS certification required
• Must be an experienced therapist
• Good team dynamics and ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Dress code requires gray or black scrubs
• No call requirements
• Work alongside PT/OT/ST staff in a team of 80 professionals
