Telemetry RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

You will provide direct clinical care to telemetry patients on a per-shift basis, assessing patient needs, planning interventions, and implementing nursing care during each assignment. Your responsibilities include supervising delegated staff, supporting facility nursing leadership, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care across your shifts.

• Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned telemetry patients
• Implement evidence-based nursing interventions on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining care standards
• Ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management
• Contribute to a safe care environment and positive patient outcomes

Assignment Details: This is a 13-week contract position working 3x12 night shifts (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) at Fort Mill Hospital—Piedmont in Fort Mill, SC. You will earn $2,115 weekly with a start date of August 3, 2026.
