Telemetry RN Job in Chattanooga, TN

Memorial Hospital - Chattanooga is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Telemetry. You will work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a three-days-per-week schedule with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 during day shifts
• Read and interpret cardiac strips independently using GE telemetry monitors in a virtual monitoring environment
• Titrate vasoactive and critical drips including Amiodarone, Heparin, Insulin, and Cardizem
• Care for patients with cardiac, neurological, stroke, and seizure diagnoses
• Troubleshoot and assist with respiratory therapy equipment including High Flow and BiPAP devices
• Document all patient care in the EPIC charting system
• Maintain flexibility for floating assignments; call placement may be used as a last resort

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Neurological care experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
