ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term care position at Tide Health Group - Oregon Care Center in Oregon, Missouri. This is a part-time, temporary assignment running 91 days, beginning July 27, 2026.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour days (days shift)
  • Weekly pay: $2,534.40
  • No on-call or weekend requirements
  • Long-term care setting with focus on rehabilitation and wound care

Your Responsibilities:

  • Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care aligned with regulatory and clinical standards
  • Perform manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercises, modality application, and wound care
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide clinical interventions
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document outcomes in the electronic system
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and team members
  • Communicate patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans with supervisors and health team members
  • Generate comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements
  • Accurately record treatment minutes and maintain patient records per company policy
  • Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation meetings
  • Attend required facility trainings, in-services, and conferences
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Current Missouri state physical therapy license required
  • Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
  • New graduates accepted with completed Level II clinical experience
  • Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
  • Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and professional ethics
