PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract
• Day shift schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 shifts)
• No weekends required
• No call required
• No floating required
• Proposed weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust to Tuesday through Friday if needed
• Caseload of 8 to 11 patients depending on travel time
• Productivity expectations of 4 to 5 patients per day depending on area and travel
• Will work in home health in addition to primary setting
• Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS Standard Mileage Rate in effect at time of travel
• Missouri PT state license required (PT compact privileges may be accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• EMR/documentation system: Meditech
• Unit scrub color: Royal Blue
• First time travelers accepted
