ED Registered Nurse Job in Fond du Lac, WI

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at ThedaCare Fond du Lac. This is a 91-day travel contract beginning September 21, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every weekend schedule required (Saturday and Sunday)
• 24 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,521
• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks
• Holiday rotation required

Role Details

• Work in a 10-bed inpatient ED with 8 bays, 1 consult room, and 3 hallway positions
• Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 4–6 patients
• Float to Med-Surg as needed and to TC Oshkosh; must accept floating to all facilities within a 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Point of care testing required, including blood sample preparation, point of care lab testing, and ISTAT samples

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of ER RN experience
• At least one previously completed travel contract
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Epic charting experience required within the last year
• Associate degree or certificate required; BSN strongly preferred
• Point of care testing experience strongly preferred
