ED RN Job in Sun City West, AZ

Join Banner Del Webb Medical Center as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment, working three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural dimensions
• Formulate and implement plans of care based on assessment data and patient and family input
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate activities, and delegate and supervise healthcare team members
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans as needed
• Document all nursing activities in patient records according to policy requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel
• Float between Banner Del Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center campuses as needed

Required qualifications:

• Current valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting
• Experience working in acute care setting within the past 12 months as an RN in your specialty area

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional certification in your specialty

This is an 89-day assignment beginning September 21, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,434. You will maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the Emergency Department setting.
