ED RN Job in San Antonio, TX

Join North Central Baptist Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Emergency Department. You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis while working in a fast-paced, acute care environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned pediatric patients each shift
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate patient care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Monitor and ensure competency of clinical staff
• Manage resources effectively in support of patient care outcomes
