Med Surg RN Job in Jefferson City, TN

Tennova - Jefferson Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Medical Surgical nursing. You'll work the night shift in a 34-bed unit, providing direct patient care and collaborating with an experienced healthcare team.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Duration: 91 days, starting September 28, 2026
• Location: Jefferson City, Tennessee
• Weekly pay: $1,801
• No on-call responsibilities

Your Role

• Deliver nursing care to assigned patients with a ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
• Float between units as needed to meet patient-care demands
• Work with Cerner electronic health record system
• Maintain Royal Blue scrub color standard

Requirements

• Current Tennessee nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Important Details

• You must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• No 48-hour shifts offered
• Time off requests must be submitted with your application; days will be made up at contract end
• Block schedule requests should be submitted with your application and discussed with the unit director
