PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No block schedule offered - must be flexible to meet the staffing needs of the unit
• Unit makes the schedule with weekends required
• Will be required to work 2 of the 3 holidays
• All time off must be noted on submission and cannot include more than one holiday
• Float to Med-Surg/ER as needed
• 21-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4
• Patient population includes ages 18+ with cardiac and respiratory conditions
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Tennessee nursing license or compact license required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrubs color: Navy
