PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet the staffing needs of the unit
• Unit makes the schedule with weekends required
• Will be required to work 2 of the 3 holidays; all time off must be noted at submission and cannot include more than one holiday
• 21-bed stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Patient population includes adults (18+) with cardiac and respiratory conditions
• May float to Med-Surg or ER as needed
• EMR system: Cerner
• Dress code: Navy scrubs
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required along with prior travel experience
• Tennessee nursing license or compact license must be on file at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH stroke scale
