PCU Registered Nurse Job in Florence, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at MUSC Health - Florence. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend required and holiday rotation included. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and first-time travelers.

Assignment Details:

• Weekly pay: $1,944
• Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: September 21, 2026
• Patient ratio: 1:4 across all shifts
• 24 hours of orientation required

Expectations:

• No on-call required
• Float required within facility; agency staff floats first
• Block schedule requests may be submitted for approval but are not guaranteed
• Facility may call off one shift per 2-week period

Clinical Skills Required:You will care for adult and geriatric patients and apply expertise in cardiac telemetry, blood product administration, central line care and management, IV insulin protocols, insulin drip titration, PICC line management, tracheostomy care and management, wound care and wound vac therapy, telemetry monitoring, isolation precautions and PPE, phlebotomy, and dysrhythmia management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current South Carolina RN license or valid Compact license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Preferred certification: NIHSS
• Preferred charting experience: Epic
