ED RN Job in Sun City West, AZ

Join Banner Del Webb Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This 89-day travel assignment runs three 12-hour day shifts per week, starting November 2, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,416.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document comprehensive nursing care for emergency patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
• Develop and implement care plans using assessment data and patient/family input
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate care activities, and supervise healthcare team members
• Evaluate patient and family responses to care and teaching, adjusting plans as needed
• Document all nursing activities in patient records according to facility policy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in education, role development, and orientation of facility staff

Required Qualifications

• Current valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience
• Current acute care experience within the past 12 months in the emergency specialty area

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Professional certification in emergency nursing

Assignment Details

You will float between Banner Del Webb Medical Center (14502 W Meeker Blvd) and Banner Boswell Medical Center campuses. You must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the emergency care setting and be prepared for a varied work schedule.
