Telemetry RN Job in San Antonio, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN with telemetry experience for a 13-week contract position at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak in San Antonio, Texas. This role places you on an Oncology unit where you'll deliver direct patient care in a structured, supportive environment.

Role Details

• Work nights: 7 PM to 7 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Patient ratio of 1:5 on the Oncology/Cardiac Telemetry Unit (CTU)
• Unit structure: 15 beds staffed with 3 RNs and 1 PCT per shift, day and night
• Monitor and manage telemetry equipment as part of standard workflow
• Electronic medical record system: Meditech

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required
• Telemetry experience is mandatory—candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Stroke experience preferred and will receive priority consideration
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

Compensation

$1,665 weekly pay for your contracted services.
