Telemetry RN Job in Palm Springs, CA

Join Desert Regional Medical Center as a Telemetry RN for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work the night shift (1900–0730) on a 3x12 schedule, providing direct clinical care to patients in a monitored telemetry setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 across 29 beds with 27 monitors
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for your assigned patients
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Cerner electronic health record experience required
• Solid color scrubs required

• Shift: 3 nights per week, 1900–0730
