PCU RN Job in Nashville, TN

You will work as an RN in the Progressive Care Unit at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, providing specialized nursing care in a 12-bed burn ICU setting. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 23, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to burn patients in a specialized ICU environment
• Manage patient ratios of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for Med/Surg and PCU patients
• Operate specialized equipment including ventilators, specialty beds, and occasionally CRRT
• Document patient care using the Meditech system
• Work collaboratively with Charge RN, RN colleagues, and PCT support staff
• Follow facility floating policy for contract labor placement

Schedule and Compensation

• Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three 12-hour days per week
• Minimum of four weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Weekly pay: $1,763

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum Med/Surg experience required
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
