Physical Therapist Job in San Ramon, CA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel position in the San Ramon, California area. You will provide physical therapy services in a home health setting, delivering care across assigned county territories.

Coverage Areas

• Area #8: Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington
• Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont
• Area #7: Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville

Additional travel outside your assigned area may be required. Weekend coverage may be needed.

Position Details

You will conduct OASIS ReCertification and RoC assessments, perform routine visits, complete evaluations and discharges, and provide follow-up care. You must be willing to see COVID-positive and COVID PUI patients. The role includes drive time, visit time, documentation, and phone communication with patients and physicians.

Guaranteed positions require a minimum of 27 points per week with a 36-hour guarantee. Non-guaranteed positions are compensated on a per-visit basis with no guaranteed hours.

Required Credentials

• Current California PT license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and auto registration
• Annual TB test
• MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B vaccinations
• TDap (within 10 years)
• Annual flu vaccine
• Drug screen and physical exam
