ED RN Job in Winchester, VA

Join Winchester Medical Center as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department. This is a 13+ week travel assignment offering consistent night-shift work and the opportunity to make a direct impact in acute care.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (mid-shift)
• Hours: 36 guaranteed per week
• Duration: 13+ weeks, with 16 weeks preferred
• Start Date: October 11, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $1,955

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Work every other weekend and holiday as required
• One eight-hour on-call shift per 4-week schedule
• No float requirements—you'll remain in the ED

Required Qualifications

• RN license: Virginia State License or Compact
• Minimum 2+ years of emergency room experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only), and NIHSS
• Epic EMR proficiency

• Uniform requirement: Navy blue scrubs with standard dress code compliance
