Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for assigned patients
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Patient care responsibilities fall on nurses, not CNAs
