Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic Spine

Job Details:

• Strong orthopedic background required
• Work on a 26-bed Orthopedic/Spine unit (5 East)
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Unit staffing includes unit secretaries, PCTs, and Navigators
• Work with equipment including coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
• Document using Meditech system
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
• Floating policy on rotation basis
• Perform procedures including knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
• Must demonstrate compassion and teamwork
• Patient experience requirement of 72%
• Required dress code: Navy scrubs
