Physical Therapist Job in Oakland, CA

You will work as a Physical Therapist providing home health services across Solano County, CA. This position is based out of Oakland and offers a stable schedule working Saturday through Wednesday on day shift.

Your Schedule and Compensation

• 40 hours per week, approximately 8 hours per day
• Weekly pay of $2,352
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Overtime available with pre-approval from your Clinical Supervisor

Your Responsibilities

• Prioritize start of care visits and provide next-day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with your supervisor, intake team, and office staff
• Remain responsive during normal business hours
• Cover a territory spanning Solano County with potential for expansion

Requirements

• Valid California PT license
• Minimum one year of home health experience

This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of August 27, 2026. You will have the opportunity to work independently in the home health setting while maintaining strong communication with your clinical team.
