ED Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

Grady Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 88-week duration, starting September 8, 2026. You will earn $1,798.60 per week.

Role Overview

You will work in a main emergency department setting that demands strong clinical skills across diverse patient populations. Your role will include rapid assessment, stabilization, and care coordination for adult and pediatric patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of emergency nursing experience required
• Demonstrated competency with both adult and pediatric patients
• Large facility experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Preferred Certifications

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)

You work well under pressure, communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain composure during high-acuity situations. You are detail-oriented and prepared to complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
