Respiratory Therapist Job in Honolulu, HI

You'll work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Queen's Medical Center - Manamana in Honolulu, HI. This is a 16-week travel assignment with a rotating shift schedule of 36 or 48 hours per week. You'll earn $2,622 weekly.

Your Qualifications

• Current RRT certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Three years of consecutive full-time staff respiratory therapy experience in all phases of respiratory therapy
• Minimum two years of acute care experience with adults, children, and newborns
• Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications valid through your contract duration
• Experience in comparable size/type medical center (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred

What to Expect

You will provide respiratory care across the facility's acute care areas. Based on operational needs, you may float to other areas within your scope of practice. You'll work a rotating shift schedule with flexibility around your clinical expertise.

Contract Terms

Your assignment begins November 9, 2026, and runs for 16 weeks. Requested time off during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, scheduled Wednesday through Wednesday. All licenses and certifications must remain valid throughout your contract period.

You'll be joining a 500+ bed Level 1 Trauma Center with the clinical resources and patient diversity needed to strengthen your respiratory therapy skills across multiple patient populations and acuity levels.
