Emergency Room RN Job in Richmond, VA

Join CJW Medical's Johnston-Willis Campus Emergency Department as a travel RN. You'll work in a 24-bed ED with 5 fast track beds located on the 1st floor of the main hospital, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

• Typical patient ratio of 4:1
• Variable shift schedule available with multiple start times: Days starting at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM; Evenings starting at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PM; Nights starting at 7:00 PM
• 3x12 shift schedule
• 4 weekend shifts per schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating to other areas required

Team & Facility

• Day shift staffing ranges from 4–9 nurses depending on time of day and volume
• Night shift staffing ranges from 4–9 nurses depending on time of day and arrival patterns
• Work alongside charge nurses, techs, and paramedics as part of a collaborative team
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dress code: Navy scrubs

• TNCC
