Med Surg RN Job in Zanesville, OH

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit in Zanesville, Ohio. This is a replacement position for a 91-day contract starting November 16, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 hours per week guaranteed. Every other weekend is required, and there is no on-call obligation. You will primarily practice on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit, with occasional floating to other Med-Surg units including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 3 years of current and recent Telemetry and/or Step-Down experience
• Ability to read Telemetry—competency will be tested on day one
• Current Epic EMR proficiency (must be documented in referral information)
• Active BLS certification

Compensation & Terms

Weekly pay is $2,111. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract period.
