Endoscopy RN Job in Geneva, NY

Finger Lakes Health Geneva General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy department. You will provide specialized nursing care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Four 9-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly)
• Shift start times: 6:30 AM (Pre-Op Endo), 7:00 AM (Circulator/Tech Endo), or 7:30 AM (Post-Op Endo) depending on assigned role
• No weekends or holidays required except during call rotation
• Call rotation: 6–8 days per month, including 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday, plus two full weekends and one weekday per week; 1-hour response time required
• Duration: 152 weeks
• Start date: September 28, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,574

Your Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and perform clinical interventions with awareness of occupational bloodborne pathogen exposure
• Provide patient and family education to support self-care, lifestyle changes, and health outcomes beyond hospitalization
• Promote comfort and emotional support within a healing environment

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license issued by New York State
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Endoscopy environment
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
