RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM plus required call
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
• Call required: one night per week and up to every other weekend
• Up to every other weekend and holiday requirement
• 2-shift floor-specific orientation provided
• Acute care setting in a 3-room Cardiac Cath Lab
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including high acuity cases
• Assist with TAVR and Mitraclip procedures as well as some peripheral vascular cases
• Work in a Chest Pain Center accredited and STEMI tertiary referral center
• Experience with Rotablator, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, and Balloon Pump required
• Approximately 3,000 cases per year
• Charting system: Cerner and Merge Hemodynamics for Cath Lab documentation
• Intensivist in house, IV Team, RT 24/7, and Pharmacy 24/7 available
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Radiation badge required and supplied by agency
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• BSN not required
• 2 supervisory references from the submitting modality required at submittal (1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years)
