ED RN Job in Dallas, TX

Medical City Dallas is seeking an RN for a 13-week travel assignment in the Emergency Department. This is a day shift role offering stability and competitive compensation.

Assignment Details

• Location: Dallas, TX
• Facility: Medical City Dallas
• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 3x12 days (7 AM–7 PM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: September 22, 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Weekly Pay: $2,023.56

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Float to other units as needed
• On-call requirements apply

Qualifications Required

• Active RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience
• Minimum 2+ years emergency room specialty experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC
• Meditech documentation system experience preferred

Facility Standards

• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs required
• Nails: Clean and healthy only; no artificial, gel, or next-gen nails
• Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors; pull back if shoulder length or longer
• Body Art: Cover whenever possible
• Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
