Emergency Room RN Job in Kingwood, TX

Join HCA Houston Kingwood as a Travel RN in our 28-bed Emergency Department. This is a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, working three 12-hour night shifts per week (7 PM to 7 AM). You will earn $1,996 weekly.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver emergency care in a team-based environment with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Work alongside 10 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 2–3 Techs, and 1 Unit Secretary per shift
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKGs
• Manage four weekend shifts per month with no on-call requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Acute ER experience
• Current certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS
• Trauma experience preferred

The department uses Meditech for its electronic medical record system. You will wear royal blue scrubs. This position values a personable approach to patient and team interaction.
