Emergency Room RN Job in Kingwood, TX

Join HCA Houston Kingwood as a Travel RN in our 28-bed Emergency Department. This is a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, working three 12-hour night shifts per week (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) at $1,661 weekly.

About the Role

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Your responsibilities include IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKGs, and other acute emergency procedures. You will work alongside a charge nurse, 10 RNs, 2–3 techs, and 1 unit secretary.

Schedule & Requirements

• 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
• Four weekend shifts per month
• No on-call requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Acute ER experience
• Current certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS
• Trauma experience preferred

Facility Details

The department uses Meditech electronic medical records. Staff wear royal blue scrubs. The environment values personable, proactive team members who thrive in a collaborative setting.
