Operating Room RN Job in Midland, TX

Join Midland Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting October 5, 2026, offering a structured schedule and competitive compensation.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday block schedule
• No call required on scheduled shifts
• Weekly pay: $2,436.48

Role Overview

You will provide perioperative nursing care in a 13-room operating room with a daily census of 35–40 patients. You'll work with patients across all age groups—infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—and support a wide range of surgical procedures.

Clinical Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
• General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT surgery experience
• Proficiency with laparoscopic assisted cases, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, craniotomy, robotic surgery, and trauma cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric operating room experience
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci Xi, Mako, Mazor)
• Cerner charting system experience
